The Top 5 Healthiest Fat-Burning Foods

1. Grass-fed beef or bison (NOT your typical grocery store beef!) - I know most people think that red meat is unhealthy for you, but that's because they don't understand how the health of the animal affects how healthy the meat is for consumption. Keep this in mind -- "an unhealthy animal provides unhealthy meat, but a healthy animal provides healthy meat".

Typical beef or bison that you see at the grocery store is raised on grains such as corn and soybeans. Soy and corn are NOT the natural diet of cattle or bison, and therefore changes the chemical balance of fats and other nutrients in the beef or bison. Grain-fed beef and bison is typically WAY too high in omega-6 fatty acids and WAY too low in omega-3 fatty acids.

grass-fed steaks, healthy fat burning foodOn the other hand, grass-fed beef from cattle and buffalo (or bison) that were
grass-fed beef healthier than grain-fed beef raised on the type of natural foods that they were meant to eat in nature (grass and other forage), have much higher levels of healthy omega-3 fatty acids and lower levels of inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids (that most people already eat way too much of) compared to grain fed beef or bison.

Grass fed meats also typically contain up to 3 times the Vitamin E as in grain fed meats.

Not only that, but grass-fed meat from healthy cattle or bison also contain a special healthy fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) in MUCH higher levels than grain-fed meat. CLA has been proven in scientific studies in recent years to help in burning fat and building lean muscle (which can help you lose weight!). These benefits are on top of the fact that grass-fed meats are some of the highest quality proteins that you can possibly eat... and this also aids in burning fat and building lean muscle.

2. Avocodos - Even though these are typically thought of as a "fatty food", it's all healthy fats! Not only is this fruit super-high in mono-unsaturated fat, but also chock full of vitamins, minerals, micro-nutrients, and antioxidants.

Also, I think guacamole (mashed avocados with garlic, onion, tomato, pepper, etc) is one of the most delicious toppings ever created, and you can be happy to know that it's also one of the healthiest toppings you can use on your foods. Try sliced avocados or guacamole on sandwiches, burgers, scrambled eggs or omelets, in salads, or as a side to just about any meal.

The quality dose of healthy fats and other nutrition you get from avocados helps your body to maintain proper levels of hormones that help with fat loss and muscle building. Also, since avocados are an extremely satiating food, eating them helps to reduce your appetite in the hours after your meal. Say goodbye to junk food cravings and bring on that lean body!

eggs - another healthy fat burning, muscle building food3. Whole Eggs, including the yolk (not just egg whites) - Most people know that eggs are one of the highest quality sources of protein. However, most people don't know that the egg yolks are the healthiest part of the egg... that's where almost all of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants (such as lutein) are found in eggs.

Egg Yolks contain more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, and B12, and panthothenic acid of the egg. In addition, the yolks contain ALL of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K in the egg, as well as ALL of the essential fatty acids. Also, the protein of whole eggs is more bio-available than egg whites alone due to a more balanced amino acid profile that the yolks help to build.

Just make sure to choose free-range organic eggs instead of normal grocery store eggs. Similar to the grass-fed beef scenerio, the nutrient content of the eggs and the balance between healthy omega-3 fatty acids and inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids (in excess) is controlled by the diet of the chickens.

Chickens that are allowed to roam free outside and eat a more natural diet will give you healthier, more nutrient-rich eggs with a healthier fat balance compared with your typical grocery store eggs (that came from chickens fed nothing but soy and corn and crowded inside "egg factories" all day long).

4. Nuts: Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans, Macadamia, etc -- Yes, this is yet another "fatty
nuts - more healthy foods to burn fatfood" that can actually help you burn fat! Although nuts are generally between 75-90% fat in terms of a ratio of fat calories to total calories, this is another type of food that is all healthy fats, along with high levels of nutrition such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Nuts are also a good source of fiber and protein, which of course, you know helps to control blood sugar and can aid in weight loss.

Nuts also help to maintain good levels of fat burning hormones in your body as well as helping to control appetite and cravings so that you essentially eat less calories overall, even though you're consuming a high-fat food. My favorite healthy nuts are pecans, almonds, and walnuts, and by eating them in variety, you help to broaden the types of vitamins and minerals and also the balance of polyunsaturated to monounsaturated fats you obtain.

Try to find raw nuts instead of roasted nuts if you can, as it helps to maintain the quality and nutritional content of the healthy fats that you will eat.

Also, try to broaden your horizons beyond the typical peanut butter that most people eat, and try almond butter, pecan butter, or macadamia butter to add variety to your diet.

healthy berries - a superfood for fat loss and a lean body5. Berries - including blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and even the "exotic" Goji berry: Berries are a powerhouse of nutrition... packed with vitamins and minerals, and also some of the best sources of antioxidants of any food in existance. Berries also pack a healthy dose of fiber, which slows your carbohydrate absorption and digestion and controls your blood sugar levels to help prevent insulin spikes (which can stimulate fat gain).

Get creative and mix up your berry intake by using the basics -- blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries... but also get adventurous and give a more "exotic" berry a try, such as Goji berries (which are one of the most nutrient-dense berries on the planet).

I like to add berries to my yogurt and cottage cheese mixtures, as well as oatmeal or oat bran, salads, or just taking a bag of mixed berries and mixed nuts with me for the day as a mid-day healthy snack!

I hope you enjoyed this look at some of the healthiest fat-burning foods you can possibly eat. I could list a ton more, but wanted to give you my favorites for now!

Apo E Gene Testing and You

A large percentage of heart disease is known to be genetic. So,
as experience with patients has also shown me, even more
important than looking beyond total cholesterol levels is
testing for the number one gene that affects cholesterol and
heart disease — Apo E.

Most people are still not sure how they feel about genetic
testing or what to do with genetic testing results if they have
been tested. Because it is such a new technology, most people
have never discussed a genetic test with a medical provider, let
alone had one performed. Yet if you have had a baby born into
your family in the past few years, chances are the baby has had
a genetic test for phenylketonuria (PKU). The routine genetic
testing of newborns can identify genetic disorders that must be
treated early in life and is the most widespread use of genetic
testing. All 50 states have passed laws requiring that newborns
be tested for PKU because if it is not identified and treated
very early with dietary restrictions, it causes mental
retardation.

While the medical industry is in its infancy with respect to
genetic testing and handling the results of that testing, we
know enough to say that proper genetic testing can provide you
with some important information that can help you determine how
to best protect or improve your health. This does not mean that
everyone should be gene tested. Gene testing has some involved,
complicated medical and ethical issues associated with it. I
won't get into the debate about genetic testing from a
philosophical standpoint, but rather, share with you certain
conditions under which you may — or may not — want to consider
genetic testing. Your decision about whether or not to take the
Apo E genotype test should be made with the help of a
practitioner, ideally the one who will then order the test for
you if you decide in favor. I will offer guidelines below to
help you and your practitioner in making the right decision for
you.

Drawbacks of Testing

The decision to get tested for the Apo E gene is not easy, and
one of the main reasons is because your health insurance company
and your employer could find out that you have an above average
risk of developing Alzheimer disease or cardiovascular disease.
Besides their knowing, you might rather not know that unless you
make major changes to how you live your life, you have a 90
percent chance of developing Alzheimer disease. If you are
considering the test because your family has a history of
Alzheimer disease, or you have very high cholesterol, you should
talk with a medical provider who has experience performing these
tests and can help keep your test results confidential.

The Apo E test, along with an advanced cholesterol test, can
give you clear nutritional direction and guidance. The question
then becomes whether you need an Apo E test, or just advanced
cholesterol testing. Personally, I think it depends on what you
want, need, and are willing to do. I do not recommend that
testing be done just to find your risk of contracting Alzheimer
disease. Rather, the decision to be tested should be based on
your desire to obtain the information necessary for proper
nutritional guidance and assistance in preventing chronic
illness.

Reasons for Doing Genetic Testing

Indications and warning signs that may be a reason for genetic
testing are a personal history of:

• severe cardiovascular disease
• Alzheimer disease
• Parkinson disease
• severe neurological disease
• gout
• alcoholism
• high triglycerides and/or LDL
• insulin resistance or diabetes
• substance abuse
• morbid obesity
• depression/anxiety disorder or other mood disorders
• confirmation of a high cholesterol disorder potentially being
affected by the Apo E gene
• confirmation of a diagnosis of late onset Alzheimer disease
in a symptomatic adult or to reduce risk with dietary
prescription
• assistance with treatment of multiple sclerosis by dietary
prescription
• assistance with treatment of Parkinson disease by dietary
prescription

At the same time, if you have one of the following chronic
illnesses or conditions and you are not getting better with your
current care plan, you may want to consider getting an Apo E
test to help improve your dietary patterns. Here are just a few
conditions that I have seen find exceptional success with
dietary change related to an Apo E genotype:

• acne
• arthritis
• gout
• diabetes
• depression
• alcoholism
• chronic pain
• ADD and ADHD
• high cholesterol
• cardiovascular disease
• hypertension
• Parkinson disease
• multiple sclerosis
• severe peri-menopausal symptoms
• anxiety
• chronic obesity
• fibromyalgia
• insulin resistance
• insomnia
• menopausal symptoms
• glucose intolerance

I strongly recommend that you find a medical provider who has
been trained in the advancing field of genetic heart disease and
in integrative nutritional medicine to support you.

3 Tips For: Shape up in Summer!

Where ever you live, summer and early fall is a great time to
get outdoors and get in shape. Here are 3 tips for you:

1. Start out with a STRETCH and then a "WARM UP"

I know, you have little time and just want to "get to it".
However, spending 5 - 10 minutes warming up will prepare your
body for exercise. Moving from side to side warms your muscles
and prepares them for exercise. For example, if you are jogging
for your workout, then walk the first 5 or 10 minutes picking up
your pace as you go. If you are running, then start walking for
1 minute, pick it up to a jog, and then 5 - 10 minutes into it,
start your run. If you are timing yourself, start counting when
you initiate running. The point is to warm up at a pace that
gradually gets your heart beating at 50 to 60 percent of your
maximum heart rate. Warm muscles permit a greater range of
motion through your joints and will reduce the chance of
injuries, especially stress injuries.

2. Don't get bored

Mix your fitness activities throughout the week. Pick 2 or 3
activities that increase your heart rate that you really like or
desire to improve your skill level. Perhaps walking on Monday,
biking on Wednesday, walking on Friday, tennis on Sunday will
help maintain your interest in staying active. I also recommend
you plan your activities in varied locations so the scenery
remains interesting. Walk around your neighborhood, bike through
a park on a bike trail, utilize a tennis center, or swim at the
beach. This way you can match your activity and your location to
your mood. I like to get on the bike Monday morning as the wind
in my face wakes me up and readies me for what is ahead in the
week to come. Swimming at the beach on Sunday mornings is what I
can work toward throughout the week. It is like my "prize" for
stayin on the program. Find a way to reward yourself on the
weekends (tennis, anyone?) to motivate you. When you plan your
schedule, regard your physical activity as a high priority. Put
it in the calendar and don't schedule over it, but rather around
it. Keep your fitness program fresh and you will stick to it!

3. Nutrition supports an active lifestyle

I have learned that exercise can increase the formation of free
radicals. It is highly recommended that you implement a program
of food selection and supplementation to increase the amount of
antioxidants. Vitamin C and beta carotene are the place to start
as they play a large role in preventing cellular injury and
slowing down muscle fatigue. If you include 5 - 7 servings of
fruits and veggies each day, you will be getting powerful
antioxidants. You want to do what you can to avoid
exercise-induced oxidative stress. Water is important as
hydration is key to overall well-being and health. You want to
ensure you get 1/2 ounce for every pound of body weight. When
you are active increase your water intake and include a healthy
"fitness drink" to enhance how much of the water you are
actually absorbing. Most have ingredients for "electrolyte
balance". After exercise you want to "revive" with a nutrient
dense, low calorie plant-based protein snack. There are many
post-workout drinks and shakes on the market. The plant-based
protein will assist you in maintaining or building your lean
body mass. Replacing the nutrients and protein will hasten your
"recovery".

Steak 'n Eggs: Good For Weight Loss?

Steak 'n eggs: Good or bad for weight loss?

What's the best way to lose weight fast and remain healthy?

There has been much hysteria pro and con the Atkins-type
weight-loss regime, with the low-cal/lo fat and portion control
camp screaming that red meat and eggs are dangerous.

In a recent weight loss study Atkins folks sponsored,
plant-based diet supporters gleefully point out that
participants were being apparently counseled "to choose
vegetarian sources of fat and protein.''

Kathy Freston, a Dean Ornish low-fat, calorie-counting
anti-meat fan girl, insists that "there's a growing shift toward
healthy, plant-based diets, especially among people looking to
lose weight and keep it off." And a shift away from meat, animal
fats and eggs, she writes.

However, low carb, meat and blubber enthusiasts show proof of
healthy weight loss and of keeping it off. Like me. Or Dr. Heidi
and her ER clientele.

What should you believe?

Both. Steak (all red meats and poultry) and eggs are like
cholesterol: There's good and there's bad. You need to know
which is good and which is bad.

Bad Meat

Most meat in U.S. supermarkets and restaurants come from
confined and un-pastured cows who are often sick. Poky's animal
'hospital' (described in Pollan's Omnivore's Dilemma) is one of
many big-animal hospitals that treats feedlot cattle from
industrial feedlots. Most of the animals' health problems,
Pollan reports, are directly or indirectly related to what
they're fed.

The cows are force-fed corn and soy which they can't digest.
"They're made to eat forage, and we're making them eat grain,"
says Dr. Metzin who treats them. p. 77, Omnivore's Dilemma)

Virtually all feedlot cattle, according to animal scientists,
are sick because they cannot digest grain.

The sick animals are then shot full of antibiotics so they live
a little longer - so as to get a bit fatter before they're
slaughtered. Happy Sunday cookout.

So yes, the Dean Ornishes and Kathy Frestons are right. Eating
bad meats and fats from from such animals can NOT be good for
you. Avoid eating bad meats and fats.

Good Meat

Grass-fed animals. Grass-fed animals are pastured. [NOT
pasteurized - but pastured.] This, my omnivore friends, you CAN
eat. I do.

Grass-fed animals are allowed to forage and graze in pastures -
on grass and other stuff on the grounds. Eating what they eat
naturally. They're not shot full of antibiotics because they're
not sick.

Good meat shopping tip: When shopping for meat, ASK the meat
person: Do you have 100% grass-fed beef (or pastured chicken)?
If not, find a local farmer. They'll have grass fed beef and
poultry. Google local farmers in YOUR CITY or check for local
farmers online at Local Harvest or the Weston A Price
Foundation.

Until you find a farmer, at least get meats that have not been
fed antibiotics and hormones

Bad eggs

Same story. Don't eat the eggs from chickens that are crammed
together in spaces no bigger than an 8 and 1/2 x 11" sheet of
paper, for their entire life. Don't eat those that are fed
bio-engineered grain. Don't eat those kept awake with lights
blazing into their cages 24/7 so they can lay as many eggs as
possible before they're turned into soup. Those eggs can not be
good for you. They're available in most restaurants and
supermarkets.

Good eggs

Eat eggs from pastured chickens - they're the ones that go
OUTSIDE and scratch around on the ground at the farm, eating
grass, worms and such that they are designed to eat. NOTE: These
eggs are also a surprise source of Vitamin D. Regular eggs do
not have naturally occurring Vitamin D. See one minute Video:
Surprise source of Vitamin D.

Good eggs shopping tip: Contact your local farmer for pastured
chickens and eggs from pastured chickens. Organic is not enough
here (not if you want that extra Vitamin D benefit, says Dr.
Heidi here). See sources above.

Bottom line: Find pastured grass-fed animals. Eat those.
They're the good meat and animal fats. They have the same kind
of GOOD fats that ocean fish have, they have more minerals and
vitamins and they're not fattening or disease producing, like
the feedlot animals.

True, you won't keel over after one McDonald's hamburger. But
the cumulative effect over the years of eating bad meats and bad
animal fats weakens a body and makes it ripe for a disease to
strike. Usually when you least expect it.

P.S. I learned most of this filming an eye-and-ear popping
nutrition course Dr. Heidi Dulay taught in CA this spring. I
hope to make some of the videos available soon.

To Be Healthy Or Not to Be?

That is the question! The answer has to come from you. Not just
in the form of words, but also in the form of a decision
followed by action.

Good health. Is that alive and well in the United States these
days? In 1976, the obesity rate was so low in the US, that in a
survey that was done, it couldn't even calculate a percentage of
obese people vs. healthy people. It was an oddity to see a
300-400 pound person. Today, the lowest obesity percentage
recorded is in Colorado, which shows a less than 15% obesity
rate. The highest state has an obesity rate of over 30%! It is
not uncommon to see/read about or hear about a 300-400 pound
person daily any longer! It is projected, that if the obesity
rate continues to grow at the current rate, that by 2048 the
U.S. will have a 100% obesity rate. How did we get here? Is
there a way to get back?

Let's look at the solution. First and foremost, you must make a
decision. To be healthy or not to be? That is the question you
must WANT to answer. I am going to share with you some basic
steps to take in order to get on the path of good health. These
5 steps will get you started:

1) Change the water that you drink.

Drink distilled water with trace minerals.

2) Stop drinking soft drinks. At the very least cut back
drastically. All soft drinks, yes even diet soft drinks, should
be avoided.

3) Change the order of hour meals. I am not saying to change
your diet over night, that is hard and can be discouraging. Just
eat your proteins, starchy carbs, and simple carbs before 3 pm.
After 3 pm eat only fibrous carbs, fish, and salads. It is best
to eat 6 meals per day; (each meal should contain a carb, a
protein, an a fatty acid.)

4) Do some sort of physical cardio workout 3 times/week for 20
minutes. Walk briskly, jog, or an aerobic exercise with
resistance.

5) Get the proper amount of nutrients into your body through
supplements. Nutrition that targets your whole body, in 3 parts,
is best. A greens supplement that will build your immune system
by balancing your pH level. A supplement that will boost your
antioxidant levels to fight free radical damage to your cells.
Finally a supplement of L-Arginine (5000 milligrams per dose) to
clean out your arteries and increase the flow of the healthy
blood that the previous 2 supplements produce.

These 5 simple things can work wonders for your health and
produce great results for fat loss, not just weight loss, but
fat loss!

In order to fully benefit from the first 4 steps, you must go
through an increased consumption protocol of the supplements.
Here is what is recommended:

- Take the L-Arginine product 4 times a day for 2 weeks, then 2
times a day afterward (also take the L-arginine product 20
minutes before you do your workout).

- Take the greens product 3 times a day for 2 weeks, then 1-2
times a day afterwards.

- Take the antioxidant rich supplement 2 times per day
everyday.

There you have it. Simple to do, but difficult to change and
continue. You will see results if you stick with it. Take the
challenge of doing this for 90 days and see the results for
yourself.

You are not trying to change your whole diet all at once here.
Changing the way you eat, what you eat and how you eat it takes
time, so don't try to change everything overnight. You can find
great meal plans anywhere on-line and you should, but that is
something that will be easier for you to do by the end of this
90 day challenge.

Remember, always consult your physician before starting any
exercise program.

Avoid Acne by Avoiding These Foods

Amazingly enough, a few of the so-called experts will say that
foods are not relative to acne breakouts. Nothing could be
further from the truth about this myth.

It's very important to understand, acne works it's way to the
skin surface from the inside, out. Acne is generally caused by
an over production of sebum. This is the oily sweat that is
mixed with bacteria, the body is trying to eliminate. When the
sebum is mixed in with dead skin cells, then this clogs some of
the skin's pores. This clogged build-up, will then become
infected in some of the pores. The pimples are a reaction to the
infected pores. This is acne. This is why simple washing of the
acne area is not enough to cure the problem.

There is some truth in that old saying, "You are, what you
eat". Quite often, one of the main culprits to the cause of
acne, will originate with an improper diet. Let's face it, if
you are not eating healthy; your skin can't be expected to be
healthy. Added to this, if you are ingesting foods that trigger
more sebum production, with more bacteria to be eliminated;
then, you can expect to have more pimples to fight off.

By eating more natural foods, your body will begin to act in
accordance. Our bodies are designed to breakdown the complex
carbohydrates and fresh foods. When we eat fast foods, junk
foods, processed foods; then our body's whole processing plant
gets sluggish and out of sorts.

What we eat will directly effect the quality of our skin. By
eating processed foods that are high in oils, fats, refined
sugars, starches and chemical additives; this is certainly not a
diet that will help reduce your acne outbreaks.

Eating a steady diet of junk foods has been shown to directly
correlate to the acne condition. Most nutritional experts agree
that, individuals who consume more organic foods into their
diets, have less acne outbreaks.

Your skin is the largest of your body's organs. It requires the
right nutrients in order to function correctly. Often times
vitamin supplements can make a world of difference, in fighting
acne.

Acne is not treated by one simple line of treatment. It is a
combination of attacking it internally and externally. When you
consider that your body is eliminating a lot of waste and toxins
through your sebum, your sweat; then you have a better idea
about what is added to the acne condition, when you eat the
wrong foods.

When fresh vegetables and fruits are not an option, take a look
at some of the canned, or frozen food varieties. Everything you
need to know, is in the fine print on the package labeling. Many
of the bottled fruit juices in the market, contain a vast
assortment of chemicals and sweeteners. Corn syrup as a
sweetener, will feed your acne breakouts.

If this requires a big lifestyle change, then consider what you
might have to lose. Of course you can still eat your favorite
foods and snacks. If your favorite foods are junk foods, this
only means you will not be eating those "Twinkies" as often as
you used too. Maintaining a healthier diet will make a large
impact on your acne, reducing the outbreaks considerably.

Green Tea Best For Weight Loss

A cup of green tea a day keeps obesity away has become the
latest motto of obese people. There is no surprise al all
attached to it.

Obese people have plenty of good options to lose weight.
Probably, the healthiest option is the consumption of good old
green tea. Regular intake of green tea is necessary for
sustainable weight loss. Green tea comes with a reasonable price
tag. In addition, it is also a scientifically proven and a
tested method. It is the best natural way to lose weight.

For the past 3000 years, Green tea was a part of the ancient
Chinese culture. Most Chinese consume only Green Tea. This is
the main reason why the Chinese have a long life and fewer
proportions of obese people compared to any other nation on the
earth. Incidentally, green tea comes from the same tree as the
black tea. The only fact of difference is the manner in which
the tealeaves are processed.

Green Tea Benefits:

Green tea not only benefits people who look forward to weight
loss, but also those who suffer from heart disease. Scientists
believe that regular consumption of green tea helps combat the
risks of heart disease. In addition, green tea lowers the risk
of cancer and has anti-oxidant properties.

Green tea also works as a regulator for glucose. It is because
of an enzyme amylase. It helps to slow down the increase of
blood sugar level in the body after meals.

How does Green Tea Function?

Mostly, green tea functions by increasing the metabolism of the
body, which is also termed as thermo genesis. It helps to burn
more calories. Tests have proved that regular intake of green
tea helps a person to lose around 78 calories each day. It also
increases the oxidation rate of fats in the body.

In addition, it reduces the fat digestion process and it
prevents the release of enzymes related to its digestion. The
body, through a natural process, clears out the food that
remains undigested.

Scientific researches have shown that, individuals who had
consumed green tea on a regular basis have lower proportion of
body fat in them, as compared to those who do not drink green
tea regularly.

Based on the American Journal of Clinical nutrition, the main
factor responsible to reduce body fat is catechin, normally
observed in green tea. It also causes the decrease of the bad
cholesterol levels in the body. They also help to control the
weight with their prevention of glucose in the fat cells. This
prevents the buildup of excess sugars and fats in the body.

The main reason why green tea is so effective in nature is the
combination of a plant chemical and EGCG (epigallocatechin
gallate) and the caffeine contained in the tea. They help
increase the production of noradrenalin. It suppresses the
appetite of the body and boosts metabolism rate. With the help
of green tea, individuals can loose weight anywhere between 2 to
2 1/2 pounds each month.

Natural Eczema Cure Education Results in Continuous Stellar Health

Natural, holistic approaches to curing eczema has resulted in
stellar health for 38 year old Mr. Edwin Casimero. Two years ago
he made a press release to tell the world how he was cured of
his eczema. Two years ago he promised to setup a website to
teach eczema and psoriasis stricken people and the result was
http://www.eczemacure.info

They say there is no cure for eczema in the medical arena, but
in the natural arena, the cures for eczema and other medically
incurable diseases are plain, obvious, and cures are routinely
repeatable. Eczema is just one of your body's self defenses,
eczema is a method to clean your blood of toxicity, it is like
having a second anus. The normal methods of elimination have
been compromised by constipation of the primary detox organs and
the continuous onslaught of environmental pollution and barely
human food.

When I was first cured of eczema in 2006, I concentrated on
detoxing, cleaning my detox organs; colon cleansing, kidney
cleansing, liver flushing, steam bathing. Then I learned how to
restore and regenerate my internal organs, cure leaky gut, with
various methods of fasting. Then I learned to avoid all forms
pollution by eliminating chemicals from my personal care
products. The rule of thumb is, if you can't eat it, don't put
it on your skin.

In 2007 I experimented with raw vegan diets and raw fruitarian
diets. Both diets made me too thin. Both diets left me feeling
cold. Maybe the raw fruits and the raw vegetables available to
me were not nutritious enough. Or it is quite possible that my
body requires animal foods.

A new breakthrough was with a now fully functioning digestive
system beginning this 2008, I was now able to eat and digest the
most nutritious foods most optimal for the human body. The diet
humans evolved on for millions of years, the raw paleolithic
diet. Today I eat raw organic fruits, raw organic vegetables
except nightshades, raw organic or wild animal foods from all
kinds of raw fertilized eggs, raw internal organs, raw muscle
meat and raw fat. It is amazing how good and how strong I feel
running on the evolutionary prescribed diet for humans. It is
amazing that I am always healthy, not one cold episode
experienced while on the raw paleolithic diet.

Raw vegetables and raw animal foods are separate classes of
foods. We are used to eating fruit raw and would find it
illogical, unnecessary and destructive to cook fruits. It is the
same with vegetables and animal foods. If something requires
cooking before eating, it is not a true food. I learned that
from Natural Hygiene which is primarily fruitarian, and the same
applies to raw vegetables and raw animal foods. We deserve the
best nutrition possible, only raw food can deliver the best
nutrition, without pollution, without constipation.

Today at 38 I feel as light and as strong as I was when I was
18 years old. My eczema adventure led me to a fantastic
educational truth journey, and I am determined to follow it
wherever it may lead. And it has led me to help cure other
people with eczema, psoriasis, heart disease, cancer, diabetes,
acid reflux, appendicitis, kidney disease, pneumonia, dengue
fever and more.

Today I consider myself an altruistic healer. I help people
cure their own diseases by educating them. Only through truth in
health education will a person be cured of his disease and stay
cured for the rest of his life.

Dangerous Fad Diets: What Are the Risks of Fad Diets?

When the need to lose weight quickly arises, many people opt to
try out one of the numerous fad diets that are always making
promises of quick and easy weight loss. Some of these fad diets
have nutritional value and will temporarily give your weight
loss efforts a boost.

Unfortunately, there are several popular fad diets and fad diet
products that can be downright dangerous for your health. When
people try these methods, they're usually not thinking that they
can end up in any kind of serious trouble. After all, the
companies that put out these products often tell you that it is
perfectly safe.

As a consumer, you need to be aware of the dangers of using
these scam diet products and plans so that you can make wise
decisions about your long-term health goals. Here are some of
the popular fad diet products that are sold as safe, effective
weight loss, but are anything but safe.

Diet Pills – I know. The ads promise that popping their miracle
weight loss pills will make you model slim overnight. Diet pill
manufacturers make millions of dollars making these claims to
desperate people. They'll tell you that their pill will do all
the fat burning work for you, so there's no need for you to
follow a healthy diet or do any kind of exercise.

Basically, it's the lazy way to lose weight.

So, if their pills are so effective, why are so many people
overweight?

That's right, because these pills are only a short-term fix to
your weight loss problem. Diet pills may temporarily suppress
your appetite, but once you stop taking them – bam! The weight
comes right back on.

Danger: Some of the side effects from taking diet pills are
dizziness, chest pain, nausea, liver and kidney damage,
seizures, stroke, heart attack and even death. Because there's
no way of knowing what's in some of these formulations or what
exact amounts of herbs and other substances are in them, it's
best to stay clear of diet pills.

Diuretics and Laxatives – Diuretic products are often used by
doctors to treat high blood pressure and glaucoma. For weight
loss, they often come in the form of pills containing natural
herbs that are considered safe to use. A weight loss diuretic is
supposed to clear your body of excess food, toxins and water.
Laxatives are another product that's often used as a quick
weight loss fix.

Danger: Excessive use of either diuretics or laxatives can lead
to damage of the intestinal wall, renal damage, severe
dehydration and heart problems. Plus, you won't lose any fat,
just water weight.

Diet Patch – After nicotine patches that help people to quit
smoking became popular, diet product manufacturers had to get a
piece of the action, so they came up with the diet patch.
Supposedly, when you wear a diet patch for whatever length of
time they specify, these will help you to lose weight by giving
you a constant supply of appetite suppressant.

Danger: The FDA has banned many of these diet patches from
being sold because there is no proof that they work in helping
people lose real weight and are not considered safe. Basically,
diet patches have been proven to be scams and you should stay
far away from them.

Fat Burning Massager – These are often sold as stomach or thigh
toning belts. You wrap the belt around your waist or thigh and
turn on the electricity. That warm buzz you feel is supposed to
be burning off that belly and thigh fat while you go about your
business.

Danger: While electrical muscle stimulation is often used for
legitimate body therapy, their use as a quick fat loss tool is
strictly a gimmick. You may experience burns or electrical shock
from these products if used incorrectly. These don't work and
are a waste of money.

Fasting – Often the first thing people think about when they
want to lose weight quickly is to go on a food fast. They
reason, if food is the cause of their weight gain, surely,
depriving the body of food will create the opposite effect.
Juice fasting has become a very popular weight loss method.

Danger: Staying on any fast for more than one day is going to
be nearly impossible for most people. The very nature of a fast
causes extreme hunger, and many will simply go off the fast and
binge on the foods they've been craving. A long-term fast will
also compromise your immune system and could cause vital organ
distress.

Fad diets and fad diet products are not considered by experts
to be the best way to lose weight in the short or long term.
When you are choosing a weight loss plan, be sure that it
includes a healthy, daily diet meal plan, and has enough
calories to maintain weight without causing you any harm.

7 Common Sense Ways to Burn Fat Fast

There are many ways to burn fat fast, and it's often the little
things that add up to make a big difference. Once you get these
little things mastered you'll find that burning fat and losing
weight comes a whole lot easier than you'd ever imagine.

I want to get something clear, by the end of this article
you're not going to be a fat burning machine. You won't
instantly, magically lose weight. But hopefully you'll pick up a
few little tips that you can incorporate into your life, to help
you get on the fast track to a healthier, fitter body.

1 - Don't let your tea and coffee ruin your body! On their own
tea and coffee are more or less harmless (except for a few
nasties in coffee) and won't make you put on weight. But, it's
the nasties that you add that make the difference; it's the full
fat milk, the cream or the sugar that pile on the calories. And
these are hidden calories, because you barely notice you're
consuming them. A cup of coffee with cream and two sugars can
quickly add a few hundred extra calories to your diet.

2 - You'll hate me for saying this, but you really do need to
count the calories as you eat them. If you are really serious
about losing weight, you must track everything you put in your
mouth. Remember your body is a machine, you must feed it the
right fuel, and the right amount of fuel. Get a list of the
calorie content of common foods, read the labels and speak to a
nutritionist if necessary.

3 - Overindulged? If you've eaten too much, or had a bad binge
day, you've got to make up for it, and I don't mean by starving
yourself the next day. You've got to work off the calories by
doing exercise, and extra exercise if you've overeaten.

4 - Beware of fried foods! If it's fried, it's going to be
fatty. If you're on weight loss, fat burning mission, then fried
foods are your #1 enemy. You must duck, dive and evade all
things fried. The oil or fat the food is fried in, is stuffed
with more calories than you'd imagine, even when excess oil is
drained away, the residual oil calorie content is astronomical.
Run away, far away, from any fried foods.

5 - Skip meals at your peril! This is one of the critical
mistakes many people who try to lose weight make. You need at
least 3 regular meals a day, if your are training seriously, top
athletes will split this into 6 small meals throughout the day.
This keeps hunger at bay longer and keeps your metabolism
charging at full throttle. Skipping meals causes your metabolism
to slow, you burn less fat, and food that you do eat is stored
as fat, as your body goes into survival mode in case it's not
fed again for another day. You MUST eat consistently and
regularly.

6 - Eat all the fresh vegetables you can get your hands on. If
you've got a choice and the cash, always go for fresh vegetables
over canned or cooked, raw and fresh are better. When you cook
them up, you lose lots of the vitamins and goodness in the
process. If you're boiling them, save the water and use as gravy
or stock to make the most of the goodness that's in the water.
Canned vegetables are processed which means they too lose a lot
of their goodness. If you can't get fresh, get frozen; the
freezing process locks in the nutrients providing they've been
frozen quickly after harvesting.

So right there are 6 common sense tips to help you burn fat
faster. Burning fat and losing weight doesn't need to be
difficult, you just need to be consistent with everything you do
– eat the right foods and exercise regularly. And if you need
help, don't be afraid to seek the advice of the experts, to get
a healthy eating plan or a exercise program tailored to your
body.

Take Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids for the Health of Your Heart

Much of the misunderstanding surrounding polyunsaturated fatty
acids may perhaps be ascribed to the general horror evoked in
our society by the very words "fat" and "fatty". And it's quite
true that saturated fats and so-called "trans-fats" need to be
kept to a minimum within a healthy diet. Essential fatty acids,
however, are a different matter.

The word "essential", in this context, means simply that they
can be manufactured by the body in only very small quantities,
if at all, and a supply must consequently be obtained through
the diet. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are also essential,
however, in the broader sense that they are a vital part of a
properly balanced diet, and play a crucial role in the health
and appearance of the whole human organism.

The most important of these essential fatty acids are linoleic
acid (omega 6) and alpha-linolenic acid, one of the omega 3
essential fatty acids. Both groups are vital for human health,
and the body requires a properly balanced intake of the two. But
it's probably fair to say that it's the benefits of omega 3
essential fatty acids which are currently attracting the most
attention, perhaps because the typical Western diet commonly
contains far more omega 6 than omega 3, an imbalance which may
have potentially serious health consequences.

The benefits of omega 3 essential fatty acids may include
relief for sufferers from numerous conditions, including
diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, schizophrenia, bipolar illness
and more general depression. But by far the greatest attention
has been paid to omega 3's role as a powerful protector against
heart attack, cardiovascular disease and stroke, still amongst
the biggest premature killers in the Western world.

Particular attention has been paid to the cardio-protective
effects of the omega 3 essential fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic
acid and docosahexaenoic acid, better known as EPA and DHA
respectively. Both EPA and DHA have been shown in a number of
studies to reduce levels of blood triglycerides, microscopic
particles of fat strongly associated with an increased risk of
cardiovascular disease and heart attack. The consumption of oily
fish, by far the richest source of EPA and DHA, is therefore now
recommended both by nutritionists and orthodox medicine,
including the American Heart Association.

In fact regular (ie at least twice weekly 100 g servings)
consumption of oily fish and sea food, with correspondingly
increased intake of omega 3 essential fatty acids, has been
shown in a number of studies to reduce mortality in sufferers
from coronary heart disease by as much as one-third.

And large scale studies following thousands of subjects for a
decade and more have reported reductions of up to 40-50% in the
incidence of coronary heart disease in subjects consuming the
highest amounts of omega 3 essential fatty acids; the best
protective effect being found in those who did not already
consume significant amounts of oily fish and seafood.

There's also good evidence from studies following tens of
thousands of subjects for ten or more years that the risk of
sudden death by heart attack, through failure of the heart
muscle or arrhythmia, may be reduced by anything up to 50%
simply by the weekly consumption of oily fish, a finding
supported by evidence that higher blood levels of EPA and DHA
also appeared to reduce this risk.

The US Food and Nutrition Board has recommended that infants
under 1 year should obtain 0.5 g daily of alpha-linolenic acid,
rising gradually to 1.6 g for adult men and 1.1 g for women. The
European Commission, by contrast, recommends for adults 2 g per
day of omega 3 essential fatty acids, which should include 0.2 g
of EPA/DHA.

But since oily fish, such as herring, mackerel, salmon and
sardines, tends to form rather a small element of the Western
diet, typical daily intakes of EPA and DHA may be as low as 0.04
g. For most individuals, to obtain the benefits of omega 3
essential fatty acids from diet alone would therefore require a
very radical change of diet, and supplementation is probably the
more attractive option.

Fortunately, odorless and tasteless fish oil supplements are
now readily available, and it is also possible to obtain eggs
enriched with omega 3 essential fatty acids. It should be noted,
however, that polyunsaturated fatty acids may be more prone to
oxidative free radical damage than saturated fats, potentially
eliminating much of their effectiveness. When supplementing with
omega 3 essential fatty acids, it is therefore sensible also to
increase intake of vitamin E, the most important fat-soluble
anti-oxidant, a move which will also provide numerous cardiac
health benefits in its own right.

Three Simple Principles Of Natural Health

Natural health can be maintained and retained if we follow some
common basic principles of natural health. These basic
principles aren't difficult or cumbersome to follow but they
require a strong will power and a keen desire to stay close to
nature. These simple principles must be adopted before our body
looses its status of being healthy. If we cannot follow these
most common simple principles of natural health care now, then
it would not be possible for us in future especially when some
serious illness overtakes our healthy body system.

Our modern lifestyle today is one of the biggest enemy of our
health and natural body system. Today we have developed a social
structure which is unhealthy not only for the society but also
for natural health of our body system. Here are three common
well known principles of natural health which are seldom
followed today, but this doesn't mean these principles don't
stand today or they have been abandoned by our body.

Disturbed Natural Sleeping Pattern : A naturally sound sleep as
per law of nature provides a number of positive health benefits
to our body. We cannot count these but it works on complexion
and beauty, energy and vitality, mental health and relaxation,
improving appetite and digestion, overall health and happiness
to name a few. Clock of our body system is naturally configured
with nature's natural clock i.e., at night our body tends to
rest or sleep and in day after sunrise it is configured to work
or do its job. Today our unhealthy lifestyle tends to
artificially reconfigure this natural clock. Our modern habits
and unnatural sleeping patterns are responsible for a number of
modern health problems. Today we work when its natural for our
body to sleep or rest and we sleep or rest when it natural time
to work.

Unnatural and unhealthy eating patterns: Our eating habits have
also changed with time. I'll not be discussing poor nutrition
and poor and unhealthy quality of food that we have in this.
Today we eat as and when we have time or wish to eat. We eat
food without a natural urge or appetite for eating. Even if the
quality of food that we eat is best and organically produced,
requirements of our body today due to modern lifestyle are not
the same as they used to be some times back. Today eating more
doesn't mean getting healthier but its just opposite. Today we
provide our body engine with fuel at a time when it is not
asking for it and the fuel that we provide our body system today
is not the right fuel for the health of our body system. This is
like feeding a petrol engine with coal. Thanks God that our body
system is not an ordinary machine but a wonderful machine.

Unnatural overprotection and over comfort: Today we protect
ourselves not only from nature but also from the society and
social activities unnaturally. We exceed our comfort level from
natural to unnatural, the level of comfort that we enjoy today
is actually uncomfortable for our body system to work in. This
healthy looking and good feeling overprotection has led to under
protection of our natural body system. We are forcing our body
to work in dual mode. Sometimes we want our body system to work
naturally when we move outside our overprotection comfort cover
and otherwise when we stay within our over protected comfort
zone we want it to work unnaturally to fit requirements of the
artificial environment. This may look lighter but it has a
serious consequence on our body's natural health system. Today
our body begs us to leave dependence on its natural resistance
power and seek modern medical help time and again which gives
right treatment not only to our body system but also to the soul
who is actually responsible for this under-protected
overprotection.

These three points on simple principles of natural health
discussed here show how we have ourselves willingly compromised
simple principles of natural health with unprincipled
complexities of modern health problems.

Chocolate And Walnuts: Good For The Health

Chocolate has antioxidant-rich phytochemicals called flavanols.
Although chocolate have some healthful antioxidants it is still
considered a "treat" food by professional dietitians. It is not
a health food. Walnuts on the other hand are loaded with
nutritional benefits.

Some researchers think the cocoa bean may improve blood flow
and reduce the formation of clots. The Kuna Indians of Panama
are heavy consumers of cocoa. They boast an unusually low amount
of hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Harvard researchers
found that chocolate eaters lived a year longer than abstainers.
Most believe chocolate causes acne; this is not true. A small
study done recently suggests the appearance of the skin of
chocolate-eating women showed improvement.

Not all chocolate is good for you. In general, darker chocolate
is better because it contains more flavanols and less sugar than
milk chocolate.

Use cocoa powder that has been dutched to make hot chocolate.
The dutch treatment destroys phytochemicals.

And as for walnuts – well – walnuts are a whole different
story. Walnuts offer substantial cardiovascular benefits. The
FDA allows companies to say on their packaging that eating 1.5
ounces every day can reduce the risk of heart disease.

Walnuts are packed with omega-3 fatty acids, particularly
alpha-linolenic acid, which helps to raise the good cholesterol.
Researchers have also found that the alpha-linolenic found in
walnuts helps keep your blood flowing smoothly through your
arteries – even after you eat a lot of saturated fats, which can
harden the arteries and potentially contribute to heart attack
and stroke. Fat found in walnuts decrease inflammation in the
arteries and helps keep them flexible.

Walnuts are rich in antioxidants that help rid the body of
unstable molecules called free radicals, which can lead to
cancer. Other benefits of walnuts may include:

•Some protection against the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis

•Good for your teeth in that they help to fight cavities
•Helps increase the feeling of fullness after a meal (try
eating six walnuts twice a day, 30 minutes before lunch and 30
minutes before dinner)

Storing walnuts:

•Store shelled walnuts in the refrigerator in an airtight
container to keep them fresh for up to six months. Freeze them
to last up to a year.
•Store unshelled walnuts in the refrigerator. They will keep
for up to six months in any cool, dark place.

Walnuts and chocolate seem to go good together and both are
good for you. Walnuts and chocolate are both high in calories so
moderation is the key when enjoying either of them. Walnuts seem
to have the most scientific proof of being an excellent health
food especially for the heart. Chocolate is still considered a
"treat" food.

… arthritis, asthma, back pain, heart disease, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, allergies, skin disorders, depleted energy …

they all have one common root …

 Unchecked and Inappropriate Inflammation.

Dear Friend,

I've got ONE question to ask you that could change your life forever...

Q:  Are YOU willing to get to the root of your current health conditions and really start living pain free?

Chronic inflammation is the silent killer that affects 1 in 2 people over the age of 45. Considering these odds, you need to answer this very serious question …

…do you want to continue to be in pain, or do you want to

get healthy … and stay healthy … for life?

If you're like me, the choice is obvious.

That's why you'll be very excited to hear about the incredible healing program I'm about to share with you... a program that gives you the power to …

Heal Yourself Without Drugs, False Promises

 or Gimmicks.

 It’s time to face facts:

The chronic pain you experience is directly related to

the foods you choose to eat every day.

It is the sole purpose of this program to help you understand that there are foods that can relieve the inflammation in your body if you learn how to use them correctly. This program has worked for literally HUNDREDS of people over the 10 years I have seen in my practice.

How does it work?

By reducing allergic reactions and toxic load, you allow the tissues in the body to heal. And by increasing the amount of proper nutrition in the correct way, you give your body the building blocks to repair itself from the insideout.  It’s really that simple!

Hi, my name is Julie Daniluk,

As an experienced holistic nutritionist, I've been helping people just like you with their chronic health conditions for over 10 years.  I’ve done it as a one-on-one consultant, a cooking instructor at a major health food store, the health editor for a national health magazine, and as a segment host on a national television life style series. My interviews and articles have been regularly featured in media companies such as CBC Television and Radio, Global TV, City TV, Slice Network, W Network, Fine Living Network, Viva Magazine, Vitality Magazine, and many more.  I suppose you could say I have A LOT of experience when it comes to teaching and applying the healing powers of proper nutrition.

Now you might be saying, “Why listen to Julie? She’s probably never been in pain her whole life!  She can’t possibly know what I am feeling.”

Well, let me tell you, I have been there.

Despite all my training and knowledge, I experienced extreme food poisoning while traveling in Asia, and it SEVERELY DAMAGED my digestive tract. I had no energy, couldn’t go near carbohydrates, and raw food went straight through me. Although I kept up a good front to my friends and clients, I was constantly tired, nauseous, had heart palpitations, and constant diarrhea. Desperate to release myself from my painful symptoms, I made it my mission to research all the latest diets, supplements and health information available, and then apply them with the hope that something would give me relief.

Believe me, it wasn’t easy.

If one thing is true about the health industry, it’s that there is so much information and mixed messages about what to eat, how to exercise, or what pills to take.  But all of my research pointed to one common factor, and in discovering it I have learned one of the greatest secrets of health that has changed my life forever!

For years, the seriousness of this secret has remained unknown to the medical world. But now, it is starting to be recognized by many health gurus and medical professionals all over the world.  And the secret is that…

Inflammation is the root cause of the chronic pain

we experience every day.

When I first realized this, it was like a thick curtain just dropped to the floor.  I began to discover how inflammation was really my ally and not my enemy.  It was just that it was out of control due, and it needed to be reigned in.  And you could believe my shock to realize that it wasn’t some fancy pill or ointment that was going to heal me…it was my own body that held the cure! All I needed to develop a nutritional program to feed my body the foods that would heal me from the inside out! It was at that very moment when I began to craft what has taken nearly 4 years of full time research and practice to develop – the Meals That Heal Inflammation Program, and I want to share with you today what has taken me so long to learn – how to make inflammatory disease a thing of the past and move into a happier, pain-free, more fulfilled life!

In my quest to become pain free, I have done meticulous research so that I can say …

"I've gone the extra mile to design a program that anyone

can use to heal chronic inflammation in the body."

As a nutritionist, I have seen many people heal themselves naturally – without tricks, or gimmicks - in many different situations.

Every day I get emails and letters from people who are living life pain free, thanks to the healthy eating information and recipes I've packed into my new book "Meals that Heal Inflammation".  In fact, I am confident that…

With the right information, it is possible to begin to heal yourself...

... from the inside out!

I wish that I had known earlier the information you're about to learn today. I've spent countless hours going through all the latest "fad diets" and cleansing protocols, spent days reviewing cookbooks, articles and scientific studies, and years applying eating regimens that had little or no effect.

But YOU don't have to go through all that -- I've done the groundwork for you! And by following my program YOU can take control of your own healing today!

Okay, you might thinking. “Why should I believe her?” Well, as it is said, the proof is in the pudding. I’ve helped countless people find relief from their symptoms by sharing with them the secrets that I will share with you today.

Read how the people below have all used food to find healing in their lives:

Battling Cancer with this Program Really Works!

“Cutting back on a lifetime diet of sugars, processed foods and caffeine was tough but going organic, to avoid chemical-laced vegetables and fruit, was easier. Every time I take a supplement or visit my condo’s exercise room, I concentrate on ‘attacking’ my tumors. Attitude is everything! The results speak for themselves: I am now entering my third year of living with the disease but it has been recently downgraded from ‘aggressive’ to ‘indolent’.”

~ M. Robertson

From Weak and Afraid ... to Strong and Happy in 10 days!

" I was down in out with terrible IBS.  It was so bad that I was even scared to walk to the corner store!  The gas and discomfort was at times overwhelming. I tried over-the-counters, and followed all kinds of whacky advice from anyone. I thought I would have to just have to learn to live with it.  But by following your advice I was back on my feet and strong enough to climb to lookout point in my second week.  I am incredibly grateful for having found this book!"

~ A. Scott

YES! It’s true! You can overcome inflammation

just like these people did!

“Let your food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

This well known saying by Hippocrates is the essence of what my program is about. Kept in check with proper nutrition, our body’s inflammation system works to keep us healthy, strong and disease free. But when our body is nutrient-deficient, we become plagued by all kinds of health maladies. The simple fact is most health issues involve inflammation that can be relieved by the Meals that Heal Inflammation program.

Eating the right foods at the right time is CRUCIAL

to stopping inflammation dead in its tracks.

It is strange that many people over the age of 30, accept pain as part of aging. Do you get a stomach ache after enjoying your favorite ice cream? Has your doctor diagnosed you with "runners knee" even though you’ve never run farther than to the corner store?

You are not alone.  Did you know that …

a        1 in 10 people suffer from arthritis, and fighting joint pain has become a top healthcare priority?

a       1 in 5 people are now affected by IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)?

1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women WILL develop heart disease in their lifetime, and more women will die from heart attacks than men?

Over 13 million North Americans have allergies to FOOD?

If this sounds like you, you’re among a growing population that complains of pain long before old age. It is long overdue to consider simple and effective ways to reduce inflammation. And the great news is the way to healing is within all of us, and by following my program I’ll show you how easy to …

Turn your body from your worst enemy into

your greatest pain-fighting ally!

Many types of pain are caused by inflammation. The swelling, redness, heat and inflamed nerve endings set off alarm bells warning that something is wrong. Acute pain is what comes on quickly (for example, twisting an ankle) but lasts a relatively short period of time. Acute pain serves a purpose that can help us. But acute pain, when not properly treated, can lead to chronic pain. Chronic pain occurs when an initial pain response won’t go away, when the body continues to overreact long after the initial cause of pain has past.

It is unfortunate that today we can use powerful pain-killing medications that allow us to continue functioning without getting to the root of the initial discomfort. You see it every day in a typical commercial on TV. A person suffers knee injury but instead of resting the injury, they run up a hill with a friend, saying, “I don’t let pain slow me down, I take ___________ so I can get on with life.” The problem with this belief system is you pay now or you pay later. By ignoring injury and taking drugs to mask the pain the pain, we work against our natural limits. This can lead to a more serious injury and eventually chronic pain.

Many people think that popping a pain-relieving drug is equivalent to healing.  But the honest TRUTH is …

There is NO magic pill for complete healing…

and there will never be.

The only true way to heal inflammation is from the inside.  Am I saying that my program will take away your pain immediately?

No, of course not.

But what I am saying is that it's pretty normal that only a short time after people start putting my program to work, theybegin to see a lessening of the inflammation-related conditions that plague them. And a little while later, the chronic symptoms virtually disappear.

And after a couple of months...

Well, you read the above results. After a few months, it IS possible that...

... you can be leave behind your pain and discomfort for good!"

And that's why I've decided to make this information available to you today, in a special eBook that you can download in the next five minutes.  I know how uncomfortable the symptoms of chronic inflammation can be, and you shouldn’t have to wait any longer!

In this ebook, you’ll learn how my program:

a          Increases intake of omega-3 and omega 9 fatty acids with recipes that focus on fish, walnuts, flax, chia, hemp and olive oil.

a          Balances immune function by including many foods that replenish important immune factors like Beta-carotene and zinc.

a          Encourages eating high amounts of fruits and vegetables to provide you the anti-oxidants you need to protect yourself from damaging free radicals.

a          Increases your fiber intake for better elimination of toxins

a          Nourishes the digestive tract to create the right environment to fight off chronic infection.

But it’s not only about what this book contains that makes it so special, it’s more about what it DOESN’T have. Take a look at a few of the major inflammation whammies that I have deliberately left out:

x          NO allergens that cause inflammation such as milk, wheat, corn and potatoes.

x          NO refined sugar that lowers the immune system.

x          NO hydrogenated oils (trans-fats) margarine, or shortening.

x          NO trigger foods like wheat and dairy to throw off your digestion.

I'm just so frustrated when I see ill people struggle to find the root of their health problems with the so-called "special" diets that aren't really special at all.

My ebook covers the very best ways to reduce inflammation in the body by cooking delicious, nutrition-packed meals that are easy to prepare in the comfort of your own home.

By following the anti-inflammation menu plan, you learn how by eating low allergy, high vitamin and mineral meals can provide the body everything it needs to heal – in 60 days or less!
